Self-Improvement Books to Read in 2022
#1- Who Moved My Cheese? - S. Johnson
Who Moved My Cheese is a short but exciting story between our four characters; the two mouses Scurry and Sniff, and our little human friends Hem Hall.
Living in a maze, our characters look desperately for the piece of cheese. However, the behaviour between all four characters is quite different. When the cheese disappears, the mouses rapidly start looking for the cheese with enthusiasm, while the little humans feel betrayed and frustrated.
Who Moved My Cheese teaches you how to confront changes in your life. Changes will come, sooner or later. You can't avoid them, but you can be prepared and look at changes as an opportunity for personal development and self improvement.
A quick great fable recommended for everyone...

#3- The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck - M. Manson
If there's only one sentences to describe this book, it would be "One of a kind". Out of all the books about self-improvement, so few face the problems and topics discussed in this book.
Society has come to a point of general stress and unhappiness, high competition on everything and few opportunities to step out. We need to be the best at what we do to overcome our competition. And to do that, we must pay attention to every single bit in our lifes. But is that the formula for happiness?
Mark Manson gives you a life worth lecture to learn how to approach happiness and life from a different point of view. Not giving a fuck about what's not important leaves you with more time and energy to fully focus on your goals, private life and self-improvement.
