WHO IS THE PERSON BEHIND?
I am Guillermo and I am the soul behind this project. My passion for lifting weights and working out started all the way back when I did my exchange year in Canada. Since that moment, gym has been my relief and joy from stressful moments that life brings you.
I am originally from Spain and currently living in Denmark taking a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Biotechnology. Science has always been a part of me, and biotechology is such a wide field to get involved into it. It involves many industries such as the supplementation industry, and it can be applied for many aspects in your everyday life
Besides training and science, my other passion is travelling. With 18 years old I have already lived in three countries, and that's only the beginning. Travelling brings you much more personal development and knowledge than we think. Discovering new things, new cultures, new ways of looking at things,... it's just something you have to experience.
It all can be summarized in this only and amazig sentence:

There is only one life. You take it and enjoy it, or you let it go. And if you are the kind of person that knows how to enjoy their lifes, then a longer life will always mean a better life.
Fitness brings yoy a healthy life. And it's not only about aesthetics or about looking 'hot' for summer. It's about discipline, organization and willpower. That's why I am so passionate about fitness. From going to the gym and workout, I was able to build a solid basis for later take it to any other aspects of my life.
Again, besides going to he gym, fitness is:
DISCIPLINE / ORGANIZATION / WILLPOWER
And that's not all. Being active and performing physical activity daily is the most powerful pill you can take. And what's even better; it works for any disease you can think of.
From my own experience I can say that my mentality has changed tremendously with respect with the 'old' me since I practice this way of living.
I see more opportunities, I live happier, and the most important, I am building my real me. I am not pretending to be another person. I am not forced to do anything I don't want. And that's thanks to the power and mentality fitness and training have given me.
