I am Guillermo and I am the soul behind this project. My passion for lifting weights and working out started all the way back when I did my exchange year in Canada. Since that moment, gym has been my relief and joy from stressful moments that life brings you.

This quote is what changed the way I looked at fitness. We can't hack biology and make us invincibles, but we can trick our lifes to live happier, healthier and longer.
